Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all garden buildings before the end of the advertised lead time, specified at the top of all product pages. Our delivery team will contact you once your log cabin has been manufactured in order to confirm your delivery date. This will be via an e-mail, phone or SMS message.
For a full breakdown of the available delivery services for a specific product then please refer to the delivery tab on the products page.
If you have chosen installation on your order then the lead time may be increased by a further 14 working days in order to make sure we have an installation team available in your area shortly after the building is delivered.
Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses with the exception of select postcodes. Should your order require an additional delivery cost you will be notified at the checkout before you make your purchase.
Please note: If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you may receive multiple deliveries.
Delivery FAQ's
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
We deliver the majority of our products on an all day service between the hours of 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please follow the aftersales link below to receive updates and resolve any issues that may have occurred.
Are All Deliveries Free?
Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Our 'Pick A Day' service is for selected products only and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
We always recommend that customers should be home for their deliveries as a signature is normally required, however certain manufacturers will make exceptions if specific procedures are followed as stated on their product pages.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
