IGR Construction

This insulated garden room is constructed using traditional panelled sections to create a professional, contemporary looking building. With 72mm thick, double skinned and insulated plain panels (16mm thick shiplap exterior with 12mm T&G interior boards) manufactured from certified sustainably sourced timber

Insulated Walls

A layer of 12mm tongue and groove board, reflective multi-foil insulation and 16mm Shiplap+ cladding come together to form fully insulated, strong and robust wall panels.

Roof Construction

The IGR features a pent style roof, designed to offer additional headroom inside the building whilst ensuring that rain water drains away from the entrance. The insulated roof features a waterproof synthetic rubber compound roof covering (EPDM) as standard, that will protect your roof for up to 50 years.

Insulated Floor & Ceiling

Just like the walls a layer of reflective multi-foil insulation has been utilised to create a naturally warmer environment inside your IGR. 12mm tongue and groove boards enclose the insulation to give the interior a classic finish.

High Quality Double Glazing

The windows and doors are manufactured using EN 12150 certified safety glass for a safer, stronger building. With full length fixed windows and opening top windows available, along with fully glazed French doors, the interior of this cabin is bright, airy and welcoming. The windows and doors are all manufactured using fully double glazed, 14mm thick Argon filled glass. Lockable doors as standard for added security.

Stylish Gold Ironmongery

This Log Cabin features a stylish and elegant set of gold handles and hinges with a mortice lock and key for added security.

Spotlights

Spotlights have been seamlessly fitted into the roof overhang of the garden room to illuminate the front of your building at night.

Installation Included

Our home installation service is included with the purchase of this garden building to ensure a stress free experience. Our professional team will construct your IGR safely and to the highest standard. A firm and level base is all that is required before installation can take place. We recommend a solid concrete base and offer the service in our 'Customise Your Options' section of this product page.

The 72mm thick double-skinned walls, double-glazed windows and fully insulated roof, floor and walls mean this Insulated Garden Room with Side Shed is ideal for all-year-round use.

The flat roof creates a contemporary silhouette in your garden, whilst promoting excellent rain water run-off, helping keep your building dry for many years to come. The roof is covered with high-grade mineral felt. Adley Insulated Garden Rooms are made using only ethically sourced, certified timber and are made here in the UK by a highly skilled team. With free installation included, you can sit back and relax whilst we create a whole new space for you to enjoy.

Please Note: The price of this item includes full installation of the building into your garden. You should always check with your local planning authority prior to purchase. A firm and level base is required for this, either made of solid concrete or concrete slabs. It is recommended that the floor of this garden room is further covered by either carpet or laminate to reduce wear on the match boards.

Please Note: These Insulated Garden Rooms are NOT pre-treated or painted. Application of wood preservative is also not part of the home installation service. In order to qualify for our 15 year anti-rot guarantee the building must be annually treated with a high quality spirit based wood preservative.

This product is Untreated. It is ESSENTIAL that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative immediately after assembly in order to activate any stated guarantee. This treatment will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer’s instructions.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on Adley products.

Standard Delivery

We will contact you on the morning of your confirmed delivery date by email and/or SMS with a two hour delivery time slot. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

Deliveries are made on large vehicles. Log Cabins come flat packed and are delivered to the kerbside, driveway or front garden. Our delivery team will contact you via telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date. Don’t worry if you don’t hear from our team immediately, once your log cabin is manufactured and ready for delivery a member of the team will contact you.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.

Pick a Day Delivery

We offer a pick a day delivery service on a wide range of our log cabins, simply enter your delivery postcode to see all the available delivery dates for your area and choose the one that best suits you. This service is for selected buildings, and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.

Pick a day delivery is subject to availability. Postcode must match your delivery address, otherwise the delivery date may not be available. Pick a Day delivery may not be available when Home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange delivery and installation dates. Pick a Day delivery on orders placed through finance are also not available and are subject to credit checks, which are outside our control. In such cases you will be contacted to rearrange delivery. Installation Service

Installation is available on many of our products for most UK postcodes and the service varies depending on the product. If home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange an installation date. This service will normally be booked in between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods this lead-time may increase. We recommend covering your items or keeping them in a sheltered area during this period.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

No, you do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know via email or signed note to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. In the note please let us know where a suitable place would be to leave the building. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your cabin in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has a restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.

Please Note: Additional items such as paint, furniture or storage units may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
