Free Nation Wide Delivery & Installation*
RotoSpa pride themselves on the high standard of their hot tubs and accessories, therefore they insist on having their own team carry out the delivery and installation of all orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Following your order being placed, you will be contacted by RotoSpa's expert Delivery & Installations team to arrange an agreeable date. They will also go through a pre-delivery consultation call with you to ensure that there are no problems on the day and that placements and installations can go ahead as planned.
Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time. *RotoSpa aim to cover as much of the mainland UK as possible. If your postcode is reporting itself as undeliverable we may be able to quote for special delivery price. Contact us for more information
Delivery FAQ
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
Yes, due to the nature of this product and the services provided, someone will have to be on-site to take delivery and oversee the installation.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers/installers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house/property has restricted access, what do I do?
All access to a desired location will be assessed during your delivery consultation and any issues can hopefully be resolved for an installation to go ahead. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
Do you use a crane to deliver your hot tubs?
No, RotoSpa design their hot tubs to fit through either standard UK doorways or down the sides of a property so the use of a crane is not necessary. Any concerns regarding access to your desired spa location will be raised during your delivery consultation.
